Gary, congrats! Didn’t have a chance to watch the show yesterday, but trying to catch up. I think the idea of a wine-tasting group is fabulous … -but- Most of the people I know aren’t serious enough — not in the wine snob sense, just that they don’t even bother to give their wine a sniffy sniff (I’ve tried explaining, but it’s pretty well a lost cause.), much less any sort of analysis. I’m seeing a friend tomorrow who loves wine, so maybe we’ll be able to figure something out.

Looking forward to (at least!) another two years :~}

Sorry I didn’t get to comment yesterday, was at a photo shoot in Death Valley.

I think next time you just need to skip an episode, cause I didn’t see any other Vaniacs in DV while I was there… so there for sure were more than 1k peeps watching!!!

SOTD: I really enjoy the concept of the show, and the variety of wines that I get exposed too by the show. I have been going to wine dinners and tastings when I can for a number of years now, and it has really helped me enjoy wine.
