Congrats on your 2 years, GV and Mott. Sorry to reply late, but had a number of episodes save in itunes for my last trip. What a great SOTD,

I’m a Greek raised English guy who was ment to be in a “suitable” job. I fell into the hospitality world 10 years ago and it has given be everything and more. I love wine, spirits, beers, good food and the social aspect that it brings. However, i love my wife and family (and there is a lot of them!!) more. Keep doing this thing for as long as you can Gary. It is so worthwhile.
