Unfortunately no I will not be there. To be quite honest, I don’t remember when I did have a pinot gris, lol. Have a nice day 🙂

QOTD: I would like to make it to the Dirty Jerz on March 29th, as it’s my birthday and I can think of no more fun place to celebrate my 29th b-day. But the girlfriend doesnt want to make the trek all the way from Wyoming to the winelib. GV, I’m tellin’ ya brother, I would LOVE to be there. Best.

Why only head to head? Why not California PG and French (Alsatian?) PG as well? I love that you’re doing the cross-terroir, but branch out a little bit more!

You need to spread your wings and establish the West Coast Wine Library here in SoCal. The LA wine scene needs a New Jersey presence. Can’t make the trek on 29th. Wish I could.

I’ve been getting into the Pinot Gris coming out of Oregon…lots of great stuff in the 12 – 16 range.

I am coming to WL on the 29th! Can’t wait to check out your cheese section. I love wine and cheese.

I second the concerns about parking for this big bash, but I am certainly going to try to be there!

I’ve had a few pinot gris from Oregon, and I liked them all. I haven’t had a pinot grigio in a long time, and I think the ones I’ve had were kinda lousy. I’ll have to try some again sometime.

QOTD1: Hell, Yes! I already left you a comment on your Facebook wall saying I’m coming! My wife and I will be coming with another couple Vayniacs. We’re driving about 2 hours. I hope we can get in on the second part of the day. 😉

QOTD2: I have yet to find a Pinot Gris that really wows me. I found Corte Pitora to be a decent QPR.
