Seeing some My Little Ponies was pretty much the best way to wake up on this cloudy Friday morning! 🙂

Gary, you might have said “MOB” because you listen to so much rap, which is an acronym for Money Over Bitches.

Another great show and more temptations for me as always.

QOTD: I decided to really think about other than wine and family/friends what I am passionate about. I was going to say food but decided to be a little more obscure. I’m going to say I’m passionate about 1994 – 1996 SNES RPGs…. I’m talking about Final Fantasy VI (III in the US) and Chrono Trigger baby! Passed by a lot of early teen years with those.

Bring the thunder of passion………… with a great spaghetti sauce with spaghetti and meat balls.

Add a cup of good red wine to your favorite spaghetti sauce, and to your meat ball mix to kick it up. You will never make it again; without the wine.
That is our passion here at the Morelli house.

Reminds me of NY Guv, when you close your eyes to taste. Do you think all that A and W is bringing out a lot of marshmallow to your pal?

QOTD: Passionate about pets–mainly dogs, food and music.

  • Passionate about the children I take care of as a doc. good show, Finally got to wines you actually liked. You confuse me at times with your dislike of ratings but always compare your ratings to Parker, WS, Jay Miller, etc. If your palate matches with theirs then the ratings mean something. If not they don’t. Problem is, every grocery store, wine store, even menus list ratings as if that is the reason you should buy a wine. Even the flavor profile posted is fairly meaningless. I have read blurbs on the bottles that say, tastes of peaches and walnuts but can’t find any evidence of any of these when actually tasting. Since it is spring now, GV give us more Grenaches and start bringing out the Rose’s. Now is the time I start buying these for late spring and summer consumption.

  • QOTD: Local Amateur Theatre is my passion. We’re in the middle of a production right now. We take time for a wine “wind down” at least once a week after rehearsals. Brings the cast closer together. We’re housed in a 1903 lovingly restored Opera House (1000’s of volunteer hours). Check our my website to see the beauty of this building. This, in a town (I kid you not) of 1500 people. Next largest town (5000) is 25 miles away!
