Fun show for sure. Reminds me so much of the time when Emeril hit the big time on the food network. His audience loved him so much that they knew what he was going to say before he did just like tonight’s sniffy sniff. They would say “BAM!” and “Another Notch”. They eventually started clapping like mad whenever he threw garlic into the pan. I know Gary will avoid the mistakes Emeril made by keeping things fresh and new. Just noticing the similarities.

QotD: The biggest opportunity I’m looking at right now is the idea of getting my book idea published one way or another… even if I have to pony up the cost on my own.
