QOTD: Can’t recall the last Pinot Gris or Grigio that I’ve had. I’m headed to Oreg(un), not (on), in June and will def check out the pinot gris. Nice battle.

QOTD- Never had a good Pinot Gris………..but…..as your wrist band got a complete work out from your dribbling these two apparently fine wines, maby I have found one. Time will tell. Nice head to head Gary.

It’s gotta be either a Trimbach or a Zind Humbrecht. There was a small Alto Adige I liked too, Kupelwieser; very nice. Past tense because shopping locally it is very valley centric.

FINALLY! I’ve caught up! Been pretty crazy with work lately, and I fell so far behind on shows. Now, I’m back, baby!

I have had only one Pinot Gris, it was ok. Drinkable but definitely lacking the thunder. Don’t remember the name.

Glad to see a Binner on the show. I’ve had a bunch of their wine and all of it excellent. So that’s probably the best one I’ve had…

Never had an actual Pinot Gris, but I have had Pinot Grigio. Unfortunately, I have not had very good ones.

QOTD: I rarely drink PG, so not much of an expert here. Meyer-Fonne from Alsace does make a nice one. Full of pear and stone flavours.

QOTD: Sorry Gary, I don’t remember any of the pinot grigios or gris that I’ve had, I know I’ve had and enjoyed many, but there’s none on my list of ones that I’ve reviewed, so I can’t really give details. But you requested we reply anyways.
