Not yet, but it’s on the list. Thanks for the intro.

  • Roger in Omaha

This is exactly why I value this show so much. If I had seen a Lagrein in a store I probably would not have tried it because I had never heard of it before. But now after your review I am excited to try one. That’s the same adavantage of attending wine tastings; you can try something and have some knowledge about it before you buy a bottle on a hunch. Thanks for opening my wine horizons Gary!

QOTD: Lageder something or other. It’s not that I don’t care about labels, producers, regions etc. but my focus is usually on the NEXT wine. I also try not to repeat myself when purchasing wine seeing as there are over 55K out there. So little time.
Cannot wait to see what over the top apparel your fans will send.

QOTD: Heard of it, but never had one. Will definitely seek it out. Incidentally, you are totally expanding my palette, b/c I often try new things JUST to try to stay ahead of the QOTD so that you never catch me out having to admit that I haven’t tried something. But every once in a while you get me! Like today. Good on ya. Safe travels.

Great show, Gary! You are right, this is the kind of episode we want. New varietals and new places. Don’t give us another $10 Cabernet episode, please!

QOTD. I’ve had a couple of Lagreins. I like Italian wines. But I tend to prefer the Refoscos from Friuli a bit better.

I don’t know if you ever had a brazilian comment, but it’s ok. I discovered your show in you tube and then came into the home page. I watched already a lot of episodes and I liked specially the portuguese and carmenere one’s. So, I would like to say that your effort to simplify the wine’s world is great and I totaly agree with this.

I linked all my wine friends with your home page and I guess that you’ll be watched by lots of brazilians by now.

Knowing that brazilian wines are “growing up” in this world and we need to get much better, I ask you an episode with some brazilian wines that we already can say something.

    What do you think?

    La……….What ??

Never had it. Guarantee I can’t find it within 50 Miles.

However.. I will search out the Matinetti Gavi Di Gavi.

Believe me; I’ve tryed many different wines, since belonging to Vayner-Nation!

  • George from NEPA

Can’t say I ever had one but I can’t say I could find one either. Living with PA wines laws is bogus.
