Nope, never heard of Lagrein. I’m not sure how easy it’ll be to find one here in Melbourne. There’s one place that specialises in importing Italian produce and wines, so they’re probably the best bet. I’ll keep an eye open for them next time I’m there, as well as Gavis!

I must admit I’ve never even heard of Lagrein, but it does sound quite intriguing…I promise to try one soon. I love your show even though I might be what you call a lurker though I do watch every episode of WLTV. Keep it up!

OK, I’m a lurker and you outed me today. No I’ve not had a Lagrein but just checked at K and L here in SF and they do carry some, although the good ones seem a little out of my price range.

Hey Gary, you wanted a lurker, here I am! Lagrein sounds darn interesting, none at my local stores, next time I’m out and about I’ll have to find some though.

Lagrine is something that, while we have never heard of, we will soon be bringing the thunder with. Any wine that goes with ribs is right up our alley and we’re on it like white on rice! Go GaryV!

Oh, and a variety of t-shirts are en route! We’re also calling Vayniacs Rick and Kathleen down at the Kennedy Space Center to get them to get ya’ll some fresh NASA duds! Rick, of course, was the dude with the Jets jersey at the last open house on WLTV!

Cantina La Vis Dipinti Lagrein, that I found in a West Des Moines wine shop that ain’t around anymore. Oddly enough, they carry the Trentino pinot (which sucks) locally, but not the lagrein (which didn’t).

QOTD – Absolutely not. Never heard of it.

QOTD: Only had the Heartland Dolcetto Lagrein blend, which is made by Ben Glaetzer here in South Australia. Have not had any straight Lagrein but it’s on my to do list.

Hey Gar, what’s up with the Nebraska farm reference? Just an fyi there are actual cities in the state, not just farmland. QOTD: never have heard of Lagrein. And thanks to Kristen for inspiring me to post a comment today.
