Good show. Good Napa cabs are generally out of my price range. When I’ve got some extra cash to get something nice I usually go Bordeaux, but maybe next time I’ll try the Turnbull.

Love the Turnbull Cab had some Raymond 02 reserve Merlot last week was one of the best Merlots I ever drank.

Little disappointed in how the Raymond did. They have had better times. Agree on their Merlot outstanding 2002 and 2005 as well. Chappellet has been way up and way down for me but this may be one that I will give a try again. I’ve had some Turnbull that I was not very happy with especially at the winery.

Good show – sound on the guest was poor; Mott, gotta watch that!

Have some ’04 and ’05 Turnbull in the cellar… already had some ’04… if the ’05 is as good… WOW!

my cheap decanter solution: a 9×13 baking dish, and a $1 funnel. pour into the dish to decant, funnel back into the bottle to serve. if you have a dinky, apt. like i do, saves on storage space too.
