Insane enthusiasm and a great nose.
Great set up of wines, and I loved the thought process behind their placement. But Gary, the enthusiasm was a bit insane today – no more amphetamines! Daniel, you were great, and I just wish Gary could chill a bit and quit interrupting. We know you have a lot to share, but share, don’t shout.

Interesting comments on the first wine- I recently had the ’06 la Châtelaine website http://tinyurl.com/czhavs that reminded me more of a Sauv Blanc than a Chard- great citrus notes; acid and minerality.
