As a Canadian expat, a huge hockey fan (and love him or hate him who didn’t marvel at No.99) and a wine loooooooooover, I am absolutely over the top stoked about this episode. The Great One on winelibrarytv! What a get. If they haven’t yet heard of winelibrarytv, all my friends and family still living in the great white north, they will now. Thanks, Gary for yet again informing us about wines we have yet to know and for letting us in on a little bit of the private world of an icon of the sports world.

Holy Crap! The Great One? #99?! Awesome guest Gary…you are going to have to sit down with the ustreamers and tell us how the hell you managed that.

Great show. Thanks Wayne, we’re really looking forward to trying your wines. This is an opportunity to thank you Wayne for always being a class act and nice person. Years ago (when you were with the Kings) I sent you a hockey card to sign for me. I never really expected a reply – 2 weeks later I received the signed card back. That was a wonderful day. Also, a few years ago we stopped at your restaurant in Toronto with the kids and we were fortunate enough to be there at a time your were as well. You stayed around late into your evening and signed for every single person that hung around. My kids who were 8 and 6 at the time to this day have the autographed picture you signed for them hanging on the wall in their homes. Thanks so much and best wishes to you and your family.

Great shows, Wayne was hard to hear. I think you need to upgrade your mic, not the first guest that is hard to hear.

Unbelievable. The Great one on WLTV. This has automatically become my favorite episode ever. Little bit of weird coincidence that Wayne shows up on ep 660, little Mario Lemieux action. Wish I could find some of those 99 wines here in Hawaii. PLEASE let us know how we can win some autographed Gretzky stuff!!! Wayne has always been an outstanding person and been such an ambassador to hockey.
