Now that really was probably the most famous person to ever grace WLTV. Not the hugest (sp) hocky fan, even though I casually pull for the Flames ever since the great red beards of Gary Roberts and crew in the late 80s, but this guys was and still is awesome. “Great one” you are the man, even if you were in a horrible early 90’s cartoon.

Gary, I always tell myself that Ill just watch your show for second and end up getting caught in it. Im a huge hockey fan (Go Caps) and it is awesome to see 99 and his wine project. Good show, hopefully I can find some no. 99 in Maryland.

As a Canadian, I have to say this episode rocked for me! All the talk about hockey and Canadian wines…too cool!

I’m fairly knew to the Wine Library, and I was wondering if you’ve ever reviewed wines from the Niagara region.

When I first saw The Wayne Gretzky wines, I HAD to try one but wasn’t expecting much. The No. 99 Merlot that I tried was actually a pleasant surprise.

I’ll have to see if I can find that Napa Valley Cab.

What a pleasant surprise! Bill and I hope to try some of these wines. Good for you, Wayne. Perhaps a visit to Ontario (from Quebec) will be in order. Bill just got back from working in Long Island and made a side trip tp Winelibrary where he purchased two bottles and a t-shirt for me. It was Easter Sunday. I am so jealous. Someday I will get there. Thanks for bringing the thunder!!
