Great episode. Love Priorat. Where I live I get the Clos Galena for 25 BONES and their lower line Galena Galena for 17 so it isn’t too out there to treat myself. Might I say you CRUSHED IT calling out the cab in wine number 1.

The Blind Tasting Shows are the best. You need to do more of them! Set up some challenge for yourself like price the wine or region. You are really good at that stuff and it’s a fun show.

It’s almost sad–but perfectly understandable–to think that sometime soon you’ll be too big of a star and too busy with your family to read and respond to your e-mails. You’ve really made it to the big time and it wasn’t thanks to anything but genuine hard work. Most people only get to know “famous” people once they’re famous, but we got to know you before you shouted into the camera and had an onslaught of international followers. That should make you feel good. Thanks for everything; I’ll be watching til the end.

Hair looks the same (sorry). Agree with Kelly below that I love this type of episode – a lot of focus and knowledge on a particular area or varietal beamed right from your brain to mine. Too bad these wines are out of my price range.

You are a busy man and have earned every bit of your success. I’m sure everyone would understand if you have to cut back to just a couple shows a week, at least we would all still get our thunder fix 🙂 And hey I love the Flip cam episodes too.

I’ve been watching since around episode 200, and I just want to sincerely thank you for your dedication to this wonderful show. I think everyone should be more appreciative of what you do. You’ve been catching some flack from some viewers about your enthusiasm for your new book, and I think it’s totally undeserved. Again, my thanks to you for all of the time you’ve invested in WLTV. It’s very clear that it has little to do with promoting the wines and more to do with enlightening all of us about vino; the good, the bad, the overpriced, and of course… The wines that bring the thunder.

QOTD: I like the hair, really short is good on you.

Now you have to do another show with some big ass Cabs. Nice call. The OAK MONSTER will love you if you don’t show your fear. What kind of appelation/D.O.G or whatever lets them use whatever grapes they want? Awesome! Especially in Europe.
I would only take a burgundy car to a POM carwash. Classic!

Love the show. And love the Priorat wines. Though lately tend more to DO Montsant (which geographically is a prolongation of Priorat). As great wines as in Priorat, but not overpriced (at least not yet).
Hope to see some of those in your show.

For the hair – I’m more for the ‘longer’ style 🙂

I have been with you only a week but been watching archives quite a bit. I think your show would be lovely even if you had much much more marketing in it. Who cares, its a hard world.

I live in Finland and my local Riedel shop salesman suggested your show and said u are totally crazy and hilarious. But I have to say hes a bit crazy too hugging customers and so on. I showed sake-episode to one of my friends and she said u and this salesman are like soulmates. 😀
