    Not sure if its the bottle of Saint Cosme, Cotes du Rhone that I just drank or lack of sunshine here in NJ, but I found this episode to be very entertaining. You never know what is going to happen when you bring on Sasha. Hope you can last 30 more years.

    It’s quite funny watching Gary and papa Vee eating non stop on the show. Do your wives starve you at home or something? I think papa Vee should start his own show,… maybe a Russian version of the Sopranos. A russian mob who loves wine. haha…A bad ass ganster who never smiles… but a good glass of wine will melt his heart…… or… a secret KGB agent who pretends to be a wine distributor in NJ but fells in love with California Cult wines so he gave up everything he knew and gives all his heart to the American wine community. hahah… i’m having too much fun here… I’m not crazy… just bored and a little too much wine.

    Great show as always especially with Sasha in the other chair. I was thinking Sasha could do a show in Brighton Beach to get Russians there to expand their palates and try wine pairings with their unique foods like pork fat known as salo. I am thinking of that Bizarre Foods NYC episode that so needed a Russian native perspective. Also, that wine cellar show you did showcasing a variety of cellars was very memorable. Maybe you could bring that builder back as he seemed tight with Sasha, and was grateful for some of Sasha’s tips in building a fine collection. Happy Fathers Day and Solstice
