DUDE, Not only did you bring the THUNDER back with you, You brought the whole STORM!!!

I’m on the edge of my chair waiting for part 2, This is like the Godfather, in this case the Godmother, I’m waiting for part 2 and 3 and the rest to follow.

You have re-gained the respect you so deserve, and for that I thank you.

I have made dry Muscat at home in the past- sometimes great sometimes undrinkable- there seems to be a fine line then crap it is gone to the bad side

Successful winemaker: definitely a top 5 “dream job” for me. Great guest, great episode. I look forward to the rest of it.

This was a great first part with a great guest. It was so refreshing after that last episode (please have guests on who can do more than act as furniture … at least the other guy who didn’t taste the wine [you were wrong, Gary, about him being the first one] was a Master of Wine and had something to say). Sorry about the digression. I look forward to the second part. I’d also be really interested to try that dry muscat.

I am ashamed that I didn’t know that Heidi was at all of the iconic names in Napa. As many of the truly greats in this world are she is humble and down to earth, just good people. She might even replace you as my most wanted dinner guest 🙂 Great, great episode!!!!!!!!!!

Can’t wait for part two. What a great get. Heidi Barrett is the cult wine mistress of California and one of the top winemakers in the world.

Man Gary-You should be so honoured! Heidi Barrett is ‘THE’ Icon in California wine making. I am an old school wine collector-and worshiped Barrett for the past 18 years. Thanks for talking with her-and getting some awesome stories. Cannot wait for part 2 tomorrow?.This is a classic!

Heidi has an incredibly wonderful life. She’s definitely a role model for all women who love wine. And her husband makes wine at Chateau Montelena.

It just occurred to me that Heidi’s husband is the Bo at Chateau Montelena in Bottle Shock.

While I was watching some boring wine show from down under you pop the best guest EVER! She is the elegant lady you often compare to great, charismatic wine. Thank you Gary! No wonder your head was so expanded yesterday.

Another wonderful episode. Learning a ton, but sometimes it’s hard to hear your guest clearly (and that, my friends, borders on the tragic!….) More! More! Oh, wait, there’s a second episode…….
