    I actually like travel shows that focus on cities, getting to know the people, history, and food, maybe not so much the touristy stuff. I’d agree, too, that spending some time in the US might be cool – my wife and I try to take 2 vacations a year, one to a beach or island or something, and one to a US city (so far, Chicago and New Orleans are our two faves)

    Fun show! I love Samantha’s laugh and sense of humor!
    QOTD: Egypt, because there is so much more to explore than King Tut and the pyramids (which is what most westerners think of when they think of Egypt).

    I’ve done some wine tasting in the Okanagan, and you NEED to do a show there (sepecially since you’re a white wine drinker).

    QOTD. Come to Belgium, more precisely to Bruges where we have fab restaurants and great wine lists.
    Town is small but very nice.
    And if you are bored, Paris is just a walk away.

    QOTD: not sure if she’s been there already, but It would be cool to see her go to Samoa, or some other small island nation.

    Great show, one of the best guests ever. May have to check her out on Travel.

    QOTD: Sam, if you haven’t already (and because of the South Am influence of this show) El Nariz Del Diablo train that you ride on the roof from Riobamba, Ecuador. Take some good wine and enjoy!
