Gary, have you thought of doing a discussion on the different vineyard practices, from conventional, sustainable, organic, and biodynamic?

This would be an interesting idea to get to your audience and perhaps address some issues or stigmas that they have about each practice.

That’s funny that you’ve decided to eat a ton of fish. I just decided yesterday to give up on liking seafood altogether. I have been trying to force myself to “expand my palate” over the last 2 or 3 years and eat more seafood, but I just cannot get over the smell. Had some lobster risotto yesterday and that put me over the top. No more. I’m done. Fine.

I’m enjoying this but I have to get back to preparing Thanksgiving dinner.

PA sells Gundlach Bundschu wines mostly in the premium stores. The “chairman’s” program offered some nice pricing on certain bottles. Now the pricier bottles aren’t moving so quickly.
