Gary, Bacon? Beef Jerky? I’m sorry mate but if you find those flavours in any wine you’re either lacking vocabulary to nail the flavour right or, more probably, you are a very poor taster. Either way you’re way off track as a “pro”. Your success is galling since you are, without doubt, one of the worst tasters I’ve ever seen. I won’t even start on your personal “style”. Grow up. Then leave the wine industry altogether, you’re not doing anybody any good. D.

QOTD 2: Bavarian, and I’m vegetarian, but even just the pretzels, dumplings, noodles, cabbagse, and so on, totally hit the mark for me.
