QotD: The Roaring Fourties Blue is probably my favorite, especially with some port. That combo will live on as one of the best wine and cheese combos of all time.

Although, I had the Delice Cremiers Brie (http://gourmetlibrary.com/products/38964-Delice-Cremiers-Wood-Box-Mini)last night with a cremant d’alsace and I thought that was a delicious combo as well. Thanks again, Gary!

  • Don’t forget to include Montana in your list of M states that don’t allow you to order wine through the mail- so not fair! What can we do about that?
Love all cheese! Nothing like a late after work dinner of parm regianno, apples and wine.
This Christmas I received a wheel of WSU Creamery’s “cougar gold” from my dear friends in WA. It’s a delish sharp, crumbly, intense white cheddar that is like heaven. Don’t forget the fig jam!

Tana’s right, what’s up with Montana! I see you have the same last name even Tana – what are the odds? We’re from Billings. Hopefully some day we’ll get wine laws changed around here so we can support Gary. Great episode once again. Thanks for all you do Gary!
