    Love all cheese! Nothing like a late after work dinner of parm regianno, apples and wine.
    This Christmas I received a wheel of WSU Creamery’s “cougar gold” from my dear friends in WA. It’s a delish sharp, crumbly, intense white cheddar that is like heaven. Don’t forget the fig jam!
