Rogue Creamery’s (www.roguecreamery.com)Crater Lake Blue. Gourmet Library has the Rogue River Blue (http://gourmetlibrary.com/products/35923-Rogue-River-Blue-Rogue-Creamery)but the Crater Lake Blue is better. A little more age, a slight smokiness. Absolutely incredible melted over a thick rib-eye steak.
