Pretty average episode apart from a great quote of the day; ‘Mott is a huge pot smoker!’

  • pepel

dang thats early for a friday!

  • Is it just me or is the sound syncing off?

  • Just Jack

it's good to have another long time watcherer on the show.

  • (Yet another) guest episode = PPPPPPPPPPPPPPAAAAAAAAAAAAAZZZZZZZZ!!

  • thrawn1020

The sound sync is off on the main stream, but the quicktime one is working fine. Nice episode, and I think we can agree, “With a LOTTA MOTT” is going to be on one of the mashups.

    DOOOON’T WORRY, BEEEEEEE HAAAAAAPPYYYYYY…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

  • Allan

Mott is the king! 🙂 you know i mean it!!!

Cool show, nice way to end the week.

Qotd: I need some Jack D in heavy doses once in a while, that's all.

You know; have a Super-duper weekend all & pop the stuff you love, because i said so! 🙂

  • Just Jack

Two thoughts. First, how funny is it that there are sync issues when the viddler guy is the guest. Second, it's about time there was a little pot talk up in this thing for those of us who aren't super square.

QOTD 1: It cant be calculated. Was Carson funny without McMahon? I guess but you couldn't imagine the show without him. As far as I'm concerned it is like PB&J. you just don't think of one without the other.

QOTD 2: You hit it. For an occasional indulgence I love the port. You can't have it too often or it gets to be a bit much, but for a decadent treat there is nothing better than a great vintage port. In most vintages I am partial to the Taylor, but not always.

    Oh!! Nice!!!!!!

    You’re probably Right……….

Yea definitely a superb smoke. Padron’s higher end stuff, I agree, probably the best in the world, but I don’t smoke those that often. I smoke Pepin Garcia’s Vegas Cubanas like hot cakes. If I go hunting for the weekend I may smoke 4 a day. Pepin used to be Cuba’s greatest cigar maker back in the day when he still lived there. Quality is top notch.

Champagne certainly has its rep for celebration or brunch. But its a great monday wine. Start your week right. you survived monday!

  • Cubatobaco (Ray)

Another new pic! It looks like you were leading the “YMCA” song…lol.

But of course we love you, Randi! = )

It was a goofy moment..and that photo is old..but I like it. Im thrown up the peace signs. 🙂

There we go!! we are in buisness!

  • QOTD 1: I think the team makes it all happen! The entire WL team make WLTV happen and all the gears keep turning. Way to Crush It WL!

QOTD 2: I don't think I have found a wine that I keep around just for the moment, the search continues.

    “Peace” = P

  • Allan

    You're late….

  • You just like that he didn't outdo you on the price of his port. 😉 And don't worry about KMurph. Gary V is just the figurehead. We all know the real power and glory is with the Murph.

    😛

  • Allan

    Taylor's allright with me. . . . i must admit i like a good whisky soooometimmmmeeess

How are things in your world?

  • Haha Jack – I just tweeted that the irony did not escape us! Can't believe we blew it on this episode at Viddler. Oh well, we worked hard and fixed it. Thanks for watching!

Now to go have some Port! 🙂

  • Jack Daniels is also in the cupboard at all times! Glad you enjoyed the show, truly.

  • A LOT OF MOTT!

  • Dr. Edwardo. Sorry, the regularly scheduled Gary Vee will be back next week. I've waited for a few years to be on the show (and I know WineCrazy and the other guest this week did too). So, for us, be happy!

  • It was. That was our fault at Viddler. Chris Mott made an excellent episode and we botched it. Sorry. It is fixed now though!

  • I'll let Mott explain why. 🙂

  • Nice casual friday show.

qotd: i'd like to say cristal, but really any wine will do.

  • I'm early!

  • Glad you enjoyed the show!

Any wine is pretty much the best drink to have around. Agreeeed.

  • fanbrew

LOL! I about lost my shit when he screamed and A lot of Mott!

Good episode Gary. I love when you guests are friends/fans of the show.

  • Allan

Yo, Dr Edwardo ya need ta give yaself A m-e-d-i-c-a-l checkoooop!!! = ?

    YEEEEEEHAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

    WineCrazy ROOOOOOOOOCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKEEEDDDDDDDDD!! da wine-world!!!!!!

  • WineCrazy got to pick 3 wines!!! I just picked one. 🙂

  • LOL. that was a fun episode.

Side QOTD: 100% from both of you gentlemen.

QOTD: Anyone ever hear of Templeton Rye? That's what I like to keep around to unwind with..(http://www.templetonrye.com/). Hard to get a hold of but worth the search.

  • Allan

    A Whole Lotta-MOTT. . . . . . . . .!

    want a whole lotta mott…….

  • BenBurch

QOTD 1: Why just the two of you? What about KMurph? I don't think you can calculate it either. I've been watching the show for about a year and it just wouldn't be the same without any component.

QOTD 2: Port or Viognier. I don't drink sweet whites often: like Chardonnay, Riesling, or Viognier. I'm totally a dry and Red kinda guy. I do keep Viognier around to enjoy on a random occasion or in case I have a guest who wants Chardonnay and I can try to expand their palate a bit. However, the #1 answer to the question is probably Port. It's nice to have now and then, you can have the bottle open for a long time and not worry about drinking it soon.

  • tooch

    QOTD1: 60/40 Mottster
QOTD2: I like to have aged white wines lying around for special occasions.

  • Haha, glad you had a laugh. Have a good weekend!

  • Allan

    Jack D! Thank Ya!

I've been active since end December, but have watched alot more, but didn't realise that the show was FREE! Wathced The G-Man at Youtube first. . .

  • mrzitro

    Ditto…@KMurph rulz

  • Marking this down as a “must try”

  • Dry + Red = Crazy delicious.

I have a rule… minimum 30 minute breathe for most of my stuff. Thanks for commenting!

  • Aged white huh? Wow. What do you have lying around? Any recommendations?

  • pawncop

Good episode, it's not often you get one upped by a guest but I think he got you there at the end. FWIW so long as your guests can add to the value keep them coming.

QOTD – Mott 50% Gary 50% it is a true partnership

Q)TD #2 – Champagne, I probably enjoy port more often than occasional – but Champagne is special occasion, but I have listened and am going to include it more often.

  • ahillsey

    QOTD: WODKA.

  • One up Gary? Not possible (nor intended). 🙂 But thanks.

It is true, Mott and V are a team.

I almost never get champagne (don't hurt me Gary) but I think I will listen to you and get some!

  • jjadamsfb

Okay I will give it to Colin, he helped save this week. Great guest who was punking Gary. It is needed every so often.

QOTD: 25% Gary, 25% Mott, 25% Wine and 25% Vayniac – when applicable 100% Sasha
    QOTD: Port, ZIN

  • Neat? Chilled? On the rocks? Give the details!
