    I really enjoyed this episode. GV – you mentioned how you enjoy this because you’re tasting and rating an audience member’s wine because BrandonM is a longtime Vayniak. Well, watching a longtime Vayniak get his wine rated on WLTV is also really enjoyable to watch!

    at the top of my list right now is getting out to CA to hang with some NoCal vayniacs in multiple NoCal AVA’s tasting multiple killer wines …

  • This is a classic show! Down to earth and it’s great to see a fellow Vayniac happy and doing well in the wine world. And yes, he married WAAAAAAAY over his head. Lucky man, she’s a doll!

    Simpson’s cup 500th episode. Most people watching probably forgot to answer this, by the time the show was over. Really nice guy which goes to show you that his wife’s priorities in choosing him as her husband were in the right place. Also, he has a lot of guts trying to make a winery work in this economic climate. Lots of Luck to you, Brandon!!!

    Wine Bucket List 1) Getting locked in at Krug Champagne House, with a bottle of their Rose and a strawbery shortcake

    2) Cuvee Louis(Pommery)

    3) Heidi Barrett wines (La Sirena)

    4) Staying at a Tuscan Villa and having gnocchi and just about anything prepared by Mario Batali with Bartolo Mascarello wines.

    5)Taking an entire year to “properly” taste every wine at Wine Library starting with the temperature-controlled room in the mezzanine.

    Epiphany wine given to someone. There have been many, but most would not spend that much on a regular basis for themselves. McPrice-Myers”Beautiful Earth” Waypoint Cab”Dr. Crane Vineyard”, Justin Isosceles and most recently a ’99 Turley Zin”Dogtown Vineyard”.

    Huzzah! finally, a great set of wines I’ve actually had!(Brandon doesn’t rate a two parter with 2 numbers?)
    One bottle of each rose left. . . . If I didn’t love the rose, I wouldn’t want to keep buying it, and I do! The 08 is still the best rose I’ve ever had, and I love rose, and the 09 is really good, too!

    QOTD — wouldn’t mind a trip to Wine Library, but I need to get back to Croatia for some wine at the source!

    Did he mean the episode of WLTV the cup was on or the episode of the Simpsons that the scene on the cup is from? If it’s the latter I’m pretty sure that it’s Season 1 Episode 7 when they go camping (yes I was a giant Simpsons nerd)
