  • The Serrottes is a blend of Syrah and Malbec….almost 50/50. Thats one of the reasons its a Vin de Pays…or IGP from this year on. BEsides that she works Bio Dynamic. Great great wine Producer. Hildegard makes fantastic wines…if you ever get a chance to taste the Bu’n daw ( 100% Petite Arvine) do it…great great wines. BTW love your Frech 😉
