You’ll get there someday. How about me and the Bills I routed for for years. 4 straight Superbowl losses. One year they won the AFC Championship game 51-3 and themn blow the big game! I’ve given up having a favorite team. I just watch the game. (But will be pulling for the Pack!)

I thoroughly enjoyed watching my Steelers win yesterday, but you just made me feel a twinge of sympathy.
But hey, we lost 4 AFC c’ships and a Super Bowl in the 90s and 00s. You have to learn to win, as they say.

Sucks that your team lost Gary, but put it a bit in perspection wrt to life and you’ll be fine! I lost my aunt last month after a 2year lungcancer battle and yesterday we got a call after a routine check-up that my grandmother has lungcancer as well and no more then 2-3 months life expectancy. Now let me tell you that that is heartbreaking on another level..srsly
Ontopic, i liked the episode and Bourbon is on my must-try list! Your show has made me explore so many varieties i haven’t had before. Thank you for that and i wanna see a happy Gary tomorrow w lots of thunder and fireworks!!

That was genius Homey!!!!!! Wish I could have been there drinking that with you. Did Mott have any of that? Was he even there behind the camera??? What acting school did you go to? That was great… I went to Lee Strasberg for a year in the early 90’s and studied method acting. That was some good improve there Homey. You would have brought some good scene study to my class with that one.

My first post in months because I feel your pain GV. The Huskers loss in the ’84 Orange Bowl changed my life.

I thought they just might pull it off in the end. I was cheering for them. As a Canadian and a fan of the game up I keep forgetting about the NFL 40 second clock. With our 20 second clock you just might have made it. One minute left in the game is an eternity in the CFL.
Your show today was a tribute to your heartbreak. My very sincere condolences.
To be honest I don’t have a lot of sympathy…I’m a Cleveland sports fan.
