    Up here in Seattle the hot dog stands have a surprising (and great) option. Cream cheese. Last dog I had had cream cheese (which is always applied by spreading it on the bun first), yellow mustard, spicy mustard, onions, jalapenos, sauerkraut, and a little bit of ketchup. Yum. Gary, next time you’re in Seattle, try the Seattle Dog.

    Chicago style, which means NO ketchup. All beef dog, mustard, dill pickle spear, tomato wedges, onion, neon green relish, sport peppers, celery salt, all on a poppy seed bun. A lot of work, but freakin heaven!
