OK, I hate, hate!!!! to comment on something that is dead, buried and dusted!!! But this episode is so great that I just have to comment on it (maybe the 1+ bottles of wine I have had, have something to do with it…)

Gary, you look ridiculous in that barret!!!! Did you wear it to the Jets game? I bet you didn’t! You pussy, because if you did I bet you would have been beaten up…

Laura, I love you!!! If I didn’t love my wife so much, I maybe would ask you to marry to me… You made a real impact on me! I’m a wine merchant in Europe, and I have never, NEVER!!! thought of sourcing outside of Europe, but seeing how sympathetic Laura is makes me almost want to make an exception…

I have met (well met one and now seen another on TV) two real aphrodities  of wine, one was Gaia Gaja and now the other one is Laura Catena. Regardless of how smart and savvy Gaia is, I feel that Laura is even more intelligent…

QOTD: I have to agree with Gary, you should create something around vino, like Munich has done with Octoberfest. I was there recently, but I hated it, being a wine guy and not a beer guy…

Gary, although I respect your decision to leave the world of wine TV, we vayniacs miss you!!! You should come back (if not for more than 1 show a month even). Now in your new life, I hope you are working on something with the Jets, as I know that is an even bigger passion for you than wine. Personally, I couldn’t give a shit about the Jets or American football for that matter… But I hope you are crushing it, and cashing in on your passion!!!
