I'm selling lindaflor also here in Belgium. Gary you're right about the tasting notes. But you should've tried with pure chocolate. I love milk chocolate too. But you need the bitterness of pure choc. Go ahead and try it.
Do not forget if you taste the lindaflor (also the Chardonnay) there is a little sparkle of mentol. It becomes very intresting if you can find this.

    Great episode…..sad I couldn’t drink along but I was there in spirit.
    Don’t even say you aren’t going to be here for Ep 600…with that out of the way I just want to say thanks, WLTV is an invention to be proud of.

    Gary, I think #300 is my favorite episode (so far)! They keep getting better and better. I can’t wait for 400, 500, 600, … This episode was a heartfelt celebration, but it was also serious, and it was packed with information and thought-provoking issues: food-wine interactions, the many ways settings in which people consume wine (i.e., the many “uses” of wine), mindsets and subjectivity in evaluations of all kinds, the desire to predict how one will react to a wine before paying one’s hard-earned cash for it (and therefore the tendency to rely on wine critics, if not always on their scores as such).

    Gary, to answer your QOTD from a couple days ago: yes, I’m on board.

    Because WE (with a little bit of YOU) are creating a real wine culture in this country.
