I'm selling lindaflor also here in Belgium. Gary you're right about the tasting notes. But you should've tried with pure chocolate. I love milk chocolate too. But you need the bitterness of pure choc. Go ahead and try it.
Do not forget if you taste the lindaflor (also the Chardonnay) there is a little sparkle of mentol. It becomes very intresting if you can find this.

    Thank you for the education, the laughs, the thought provocation, the drawing out of the comments (time to call out the lurkers again), and above all the human side of wine (and life). Your everyman approach makes what was once an intimidating subject to me accessable, less stressful and what it should be, enjoyable.

    It takes a big man to expose himself the way that you do day in and day out and we’re all the better for it. Thank you for dragging some of us kicking and screaming into trying new things. Thanks for sharing your vision with your crew (kudos guys, I’m sure Gary would be the first to say he couldn’t do it without you).

    Above all thank you for making the ride interesting and fun, I think I speak for many when I say you often give us something to look forward to and chill out away from the pressures and strain of modern living (and ironically doing it through the most modern of vehicles).

    Nothing left to say, simply thank you.

    Oh, Diana you’ll never be but the Supremes behind you have real potential (you didn’t think you’d get away without one smarta$$ comment did you?).

    As a Dolphins fan, I can say I should hate you….but I can’t. Thanks for opening my eyes and my taste buds. Just got back from the store with the wifey who was asking which bottle should we get. I just purchased a whole bunch and we’ll start figuring out what we like. Still love the Ravenswood u recommended some time ago, I ended up with a case of that. GV YOU ROCK!

  • Gary; I only started watching about a week ago, but have made it part of my daily routine. Iâ??m looking forward to the next 300 episodesâ?¦â?¦. One great food paring with Malbec that I have found is Pizza, especially a meat loverâ??s pizza. Congrats to you & your crew, keep em, coming eh!

    That was a lot of fun. I put the show on our TV and we tasted along with you. We had a selection of sliced meats and cheeses that went well. I liked the Sonsierra better than the Monteviejo. The malbec had a bitter finish that I didn’t like.

    We should do this again…
