I'm selling lindaflor also here in Belgium. Gary you're right about the tasting notes. But you should've tried with pure chocolate. I love milk chocolate too. But you need the bitterness of pure choc. Go ahead and try it.
Do not forget if you taste the lindaflor (also the Chardonnay) there is a little sparkle of mentol. It becomes very intresting if you can find this.

Looking forward to the episode where you surpass the Barry Bonds home run total! Even though you diss the Yankees and Giants, I’ll still watch.

    Congrats, Gary. Thanks for making wine interesting, and for prompting me to get a yet another obsession in my life (I guess this one can replace the recent ex-girlfriend, damn her). I was really looking for ward to answering a QOTD, but I guess I’ll just have to wait until monday. *shrug*

    BTW, how come your company doesn’t ship to Maryland? Must be some sort of law…. Caw! Caw! (sept 16)
