    I love Gjetost, hardly tastes like a cheese at all, more like caramel fudge! It really coats your mouth, the Norwegians use a wafer-thin cheese slice to “shave” off portions to eat.

    I have a Matayac 2003 Cahors which I will open in a year or so – expect it to still be a tannic monster at the moment.

    The only Italian sweetie I’ve had (not including Marsala) was the Erste & Neue Rosen Muskateller 2000 (Moscato rosa Alto Adige DOC)- I bet Mott would have liked that as well 🙂 !

    Saki show? Domo arigato gozaimasu Gary-san, I like Saki!!
