QOTD: A photography contest- one picture to summarize your relationship with the person you love the most- family/friend theme after the openning today. The prize should be that Gary and Mott come to the town where the winner lives to taste wine and maybe visit the local wine shop or winners favorite winery.

The other QOTD: Under the football is a picture of Gary’s wife.

The next contest…hmmmm…..Maybe the Forum poster that gets the biggest number of comments on their entry for the Month of January??? Obviously Kahuan, BrandenM, TimF, and many other regulars would have a leg up… but I would actually like to see these people on your show. They have been very supportive you and the show and think they should get a chance to get their 15 minutes of Vayniac Fame! think about it 🙂

The Other Question of the Day: The contest should be what I said last time around. Ask the Vayniacs to get their friends together and host tasting parties. The host and all of the friends post some sort of tasting note or blog entry about it and link back to WLTV. The host sends you some links to their friends’ tasting notes to enter the contest (it counts as long as there are at least two friends involved).

The prize should be that you fly out to the winner’s town and throw a big tasting party with them and their friends. Wine and cheese provided by Wine Library and Gourmet Library.

Oh, and I should get a few extra entries for the awesome idea.

QOTD: A possible contest could be like a “Raising Wine Awareness” competition of some sort… not really sure on the details, but you’re a pretty creative guy.

Also, I have no Idea what is under the plastic football… not corks, that can’t contain the Iron Sheik either, and you’re wearing a wristband, so… I believe it is the counterpart to the BigAssGlass, the SmallAssGlass!

Hey – just knowing that my name was in that lunch-box doubled my Thursday night excitement. The next contest:
Who can dress up their pet to look most like Gary. Nah… Most interesting use for an empty wine bottle… Erm… Best video of a wine inspired son, dance or variety routine. I could customise my escapology routine.

It’s late in the UK. I got to go to bed. Underneath the half plastic football there’s some red table cloth, a human hair… and maybe a sock worn by some football player I never heard of.
