Awesome show. The show gets me excited about trying new things and expanding my palate. It gets me thinking not just about wine as a beverage, but about how awesome it is that this one little fruit can sit around in a barrel and do so many different, amazing things. Very cool.

Couple tings.. congrats on the 2 year anni. Its a loong time coming, but well deserved. Also, I CAN’T believe you’re gonna go to Tampa! Man, I really didn’t think you would actually do it in ’08 (remember I predicted that it _wouldn’t_ happen back in December). Third, we want more details about the March WL events. Was talking to Ian this past weekend and HE doesn’t even know what’s going on.. I hope its good! 😉 Main reason I ask is because it looks like us locals will be hosting an event to welcome all the out of towners as well. I hope it doesn’t turn into a competition.

Happy Anniversary Gary! I just wanted to say that although I have just recently become a fan of the show, it has become something I look forward to each day. Your view on not only wine, but of the world, family etc… is truly inspiring. No matter when you decide to stop doing the show, I am very grateful for it and appreciate all your hard work. You are absolutely right….we are stupidly lucky and life is great.

SOTD: Two and a half years ago I was a college senior who had only tried two (jug) wines in her life and HATED them. Then, I took the wonderful Wines of the World class offered at RIT, and by the end of the course I was HOOKED. Wine was my new hobby, new passion, new pleasure. Then, a year ago I discovered WLTV and was totally inspired and pushed into wine nerdville. Now I’m a total wine geek and can’t get enough of learning about wine and winemaking. My next goal is to save up enough money to start making my own wine. My friend Jim has been doing it and I totally want to get into it myself.

Hey GV! Congrats on the 2nd Birthday of your awesome show. You rock hardcore. I’m saying this more because you helped me get into the world of wine and showing me that it’s not all snobbery. It’s about enjoying your wine and having fun! Thank you from a Panamanian dude.

Happy Anniversary, When I first found this vlog…I said â??this is interesting, but how long will it lastâ? man I donâ??t think anyone had an idea of really how big this would become. Dude, look at all the great Pub. You were on Conan, are you kidding me! Besides all the other appearances and articles and so on, you captured what is right now and nailed it. Bringing the thunder to a generation, well younger than me, which is incredible. I wish I had a Wine coach in my 20â??s. Anyway, I know you cover many generations for the sound of most of your faithfulâ?¦I seem to squeak into the cult and yes, I am a proud Vayniac since Episode 56 (the Mondavi Jr. Ep). And have been hooked. Anywho, I havenâ??t been able to tune in for a while, life on lifeâ??s terms. But have been â??Lurkingâ? whenever I can.
