The Oregon wines certainly did better than their Oregon Beavers did against my Nittany Lions this past weekend! Great show!

QOTD: A “W” in the win/loss column each Saturday this Fall while tailgating my ass of on the JerseyBus!!!!

  • QOTD- Foie Gras would be illegal. I’m absolutely sick of hearing references to it on WLTV. The quicker the wine world is disassociated with animal cruelty the more positively it will change, and people like you are slowing that down immensely. Listen to me Gary. You’re sending anything but positive messages to the world about wine when you or the guests on your show so casually speak of eating ridiculous concoctions like “foie gras ice cream”.

QOTD: wow, tough question. I guess have all the wine rules modified so
there was no tax, and remove the Fed income tax and just have people volunteer
to compensate the government. This would be interesting!!

Try Bethel Heights Pinot Noir from Wilamett Valley.

    Great Show!!!

I really enjoyed the guest, he did a great job breaking down the wines with you and was nice to see he had a slightly different palate.

QOTD: If I could have “it” my way, I’d be going on the thunder cruise.

excellent show, one of the best episodes in a long time. Gary, please! have more people like him(or him) on the show. i loved how you both went back and forth instead of having a guest with no wine knowledge.

    QTOD: everything’s better with bacon.

great great show today. we have to love the informed guests, esp with some good challenging wines. it is like the difference in playing a great team and a crap ass team. when you play a great team, usually you play great too.

not to roll on too much
QOTD- great question, maybe better than the show. it is plain and simple, i want me, my family and friends to enjoy everything around them. good times, lots of chat, lots of laughs, lots of wine ( great wine of course) and to smile. that is it.

  • Great show…and always glad to see a guest. I’m surprised he didn’t plug his own page…..

QOTD: If I could have it “my way” I would allow all citizens in America to have the freedom of choice when it comes to buying the wines they want…from who they want to buy them.
