Great show Gary. I also love good California Cabs. I do not however think that many age very well as you suggested. Many times the alcohol level becomes more predominate with the fruit and balance taking a backseat. I believe that most are best drinking them young – tannins and all.

Good show and another decent performance by a guest. The wines intrigued me since I have had a lot of Napa Cabs, but none of these. And while they were by no means inexpensive, they weren’t outrageous either.
