Gary – Gary – Gary…!! makes sense since high tannins generally pair well with fats and proteins, BUT shouldn’t be encouraging your viewers to eat all those hydrogenated trans-fats… A good quality dark or milk chocolate-Yes… but not those health destroyers… take care…

My favorite candy bar is something like a Scharffenberger dark chocolate bar.

On a quick note, I was surprised there was no Brachetto D’Acqui in the tasting! With its low alcohol and magestic acidity, this raspberry ridden dessert gem would have ben the perfect complement to that Hershey’s milk chocolate. Try it out=)

QOTD: My mom is responsible for my recent addiction to the “Take 5” candy bar, and it is killing me! I get off of work and head to the movie store, and that damn candy bar just grills me from the rack, begging to be paired with a (and I am not much of a CA Cabernet drinker) 2004 Trefethen Estate Cabernet Sauvignon…holy testicle Tuesday, Batman, it is incredible=)
