QOTD: My advice as a father of two is to first, get the most comfortable rocking chair money can buy and put it in the nursery. Second, photograph and videotape everything, and lastly always spend some private time (at least 20 minutes) with the little one every day you can.

QOTD: Enjoy every single second (even when he/she is up at all hours of the night) because they grow up too quickly! You will blink your eyes and your kid will be walking. Children are what life is all about!

Congratulations, Gary! Great news. Do you know you tipped us off in the previous episode? When you said something about Lizzie not wanting you to bring any colds home, I was wondering if that meant she was pregnant. All the best!

A huge congratulations to you and your wife! I am the very proud father of an 18 month old, and expecting our 2nd in early April.

QOTD: 1)Make sure you pick a name you love because once they start moving, and getting into stuff, your going to be saying it 100 times a day.
2)Don’t worry about when they will start walking and talking, cause as soon as they are you, you will want them to please sit down and be quiet.

Your enthusiasm for trying new things, not settling for the same old mediocrity, and desire to spread this message to as many people as you can, not to mention your strong connection to your family, will undoubtedly make you a great father. Congratulations! But Gary you wont look good pregnant.. Puffy face and all.
Those due dates are pretty accurate. My first was due on May 29 and popped on June 3rd. Then my second was due and June 3rd and popped on June 6.
Blows you mind when they tell you it’s really 10 months and not 9.. Don’t it.

QOTD: If the baby is having a tough time with something, just remember that every three weeks it will change. Not sleeping, not taking the binky, not eating, crying a lot; whatever it is.. 3 weeks, it will change.

Oh and if Lizzy successfully breast feeds.. her body will snap back to action withing weeks. Just like that. Pow!

My advice–sleep and sleep often while you still can. Also, when the time comes, “Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Baby” by Marc Weissbluth. It really helped us establish a routine, and our toddler is a great sleeper because of it.

If you don?t have a tradition already, maybe something your dad or grandparents introduced, create one. Even simple things like ?Abrazo de Oso? (Bear hugs) can become legacy.

I’m just catching up on episodes after several weeks away from WLTV. WOW!!!!

This is, indeed, a HUGE announcement. Carla and I are so happy for you! We wish Lizzy the best of health throughout the pregnancy. My son turns 14 this year, and it is not cliche that time flies.
