Note to Joly and biodynamicists: the rhetoric is usually where we lose people. Solar energy becoming chemical energy isn’t non-matter becoming tangible…it’s a well-understood process (photosynthesis). We know roots take up almost nothing besides water, and yet old vines taste different than the new ones next to them. The debate rages on…

Absolutely awesome show guys. Can’t wait to the next half tomorrow. Biodynamics is such a powerful and importnat movement, especialy in the production of products such as wine. I think a lot of people would be amazed at how many of Australia’s top wines are produced biodynamically, especialy as producers often don’t advertise the fact as they let the quaility of the wine speak for itself.

What a great episode. You could feel the passion and enthusiasm he has for wine. when I grow up i want to be just like that. Does this Joly adopt? Brad’s Jolie has adopted maybe 5 kids already, maybe I could be mr. Joly’s first adopted son. jk
