  • @cellarrat5 I agree completely, I keep checking back…
    @JJ those were hilarious!
    @cabzinnpin LOL!!!!
    @johnk good point

  • @L I agree, give her a year to brush up and learn more about what she’s “selling” and give her an opportunity to redeem herself. If she does that I’ll be the first to give her kudos and congratulate her (that is after all the “first” “second” “top 10” idiots that like to clog up the first page)

    Yeah, give her another chance in a year.

    She looked bored and tired for some reason.

    Gary eerily silent on this one. Wasn’t he supposed to be more active on the comments boards…. this one surely deserves a word or two, no?

    Who you callin’ jejeune?
    The Bueler whole clusterf*ck is kinda fun.
    But the reason why this is generating so much comment is rarely has so little curiosity and so much unearned privilege been on such open display.

  • Just had a thought, Gary knew exactly what he was doing when he released this show after sitting on it for a month. And if the WL staff that edits, posts and preveiws the shows couldn’t see this coming then that means Gary is surrounded by too many “yes men”, which isn’t good…or if there is a WL bet going on; whoever took the side of the majority of comments that have been posted PWND that bet more than the Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff were trounced by Hulk Hogan and Randy Macho Man Savage in a tag team bout.

    If GV wanted to hide it then he would have squashed it all together or launhed it on 12/24 and then post the xmas day wine just a few hours after it.

    I want to see Gary do a show in the new Jet’s Stadium when finished.
    And give us a grand tour of it.

    And have the Jets Cheerleaders tasting NY state wines!

  • Like the press – we only raise to comments during bad things. It was great reading all the new posts. wow. This is like david letterman hitting Sarah palin’s new book. haha. I stand by my original post, bad show, so what. She should take her youth and leverage it for her family business, not be in sales. Go twit, vblog, etc. “day in the vineyard” each week. so much could be done.

    Gary, get us a new show, we need to move on.
    p.s. moma B, ghez, you blew it.

    This Buehler fiasco is now taking on legendary status that will go down in the anals of WLTV history. Phil M’Glassup you are right, and this thing has taken on a life of its own because people are tired of seeing the kids of the privelage elite get handed success without ever lifting a finger. Paris Hilton being the mother of all pathetic rich kids without an ounce of humility or empathy for the other 99.99% of the population. I am not comparing Helen to pathetic Paris H in any way shape or form but I have a feeling this is a factor and its been channeled via this episode.

    Apparently people who are coming to the defense of our new found hero believe that they are somehow better people for leaving comments that hate against the haters. Where is the logic in this? Yes she got ripped apart, yes we are aware that we have too much time on our hands and that some of us “Gaynernation” simpletons may be over reacting. However, hate responding to hate does not foster deep pitted feeling of regret or remorse. People who think they are doing some sort of moral service by retaliating for Helen and Mrs. Dollar do not seem to realize that they are stooping to the level of all the ‘Neanderthals’ out there beating the ground with harry knuckles and dragging heir women back to their thatched huts by the hair. Lets bleed the brakes on this run away locomotive and see if we cant get this Fu**er up to 88 and travel back in time!

  • Helen seems nice, albeit a bit shy. Maybe she was intimidated by the whole on-camera thing and Gary’s high-energy personality. She does seem a bit “green” when it comes to knowledge about wine but I have a feeling she’s better when the camera is off.

    From Helen’s twitter page: “I would love a re-match… I think all his fans should ask him to have me back to redeem myself. It would be fun for all!”

    How bout it, GV?

    She also says she had never seen WLTV before going on.

  • @brad b thanks for the 411, not sure if that make it any better. If you had a job interview wouldn’t you at least look at the company’s website? I’m sure she knows Heidi Barrett and the fact that she was the winemaker for her family’s label…and there is a nice link and picture to when Hidi was on WLTV over there ——->, at least watch that one?

    As I said before she needs to cut her teeth and come back in a while and nerd-it-up big time and I’ll be happy to give her kudos. You can’t fake it with this crowd.

    @jwink: couldn’t agree more. Everyone defending her as being inexperienced seems to forget why she was there in the first place. She wasn’t just hanging out with her bud, GaryV, she was there to “sell” her family’s wines. It’s hard to sell something if you don’t even know the price. Anyway, that is a dead horse beat hard.

    I am glad she seems to be taking the criticism in stride and wants a second chance. Sounds like that is the attitude she needs to become successful. I wish her luck in her career, and actually do appreciate the time she gave to be on the show.
