I’m going to offer you some constructive criticism: It’s time to take your game to the next level. If you’re going to be a winemaker one day, you have to bring more to the table than just being cute. I am convinced you are smart enough to develop tasting notes and memorize retail prices. In fact, I’ll bet that if we see you again soon, you’ll have developed a whole arsenal of relevant information about your family’s wines. Good luck – we’re cheering for you!

Sorry, she was a terrible guest. Yes, she’s cute, and clearly she knows it, but come on! She’s planning to start a line of wines and she can’t give any kind of tasting notes? Is she just going to throw darts when she starts tasting her own production? Great hair, but then absolutely nothing else. Growing up in Napa Valley doesn’t grant real ability, I guess. This was not good.

Only things that come to my mind are the guest is a true “Valley Girl” and at least twice she said “I never pay for wine.” My question, one would assume she was brought up with a “silver corkscrew” my QOTD is: “Have you paid for anything” hence the reason she doesn’t know any price points. Wow, cute will only get you so far.

QOTD: I don’t think it really matters who rex Ryan brings in to teach a player how to slide! Please. I can’t believe any “athlete” doesn’t know how to slide!

Congrats to the Jets. It should be a good game in Cincy.

BTW, the Buehler Chardonnay is a nice wine.

Love the Buehler as well as another family owned winery Chappellet. Those of you bagging on Helen really need to get a life. This was probably her first media experience, not to mention it was probably sprung on her. Much like wine I’m sure she’ll get better with time.
