Good show, I liked the guest. She didn’t try to pretend that she knew more than she actually did.

QOTD: and (as in sweet and salty)

  • NY Pete

hey ho lets go … new thunder!

  • Anonymous

Pete, can you give Mott a call and see what the holdup is?

  • Anonymous

Outside the door, she took four more
What a drag it is getting old

  • Robby Mac

Yo, GV. You promised only five more guests the rest of the year about ten guests ago. I’m just sayin, let your yes mean yes.

  • NY Pete

maybe the mottster banged in sick today … he had to be ill from watching his football team last night … 🙂

  • LurkerKing

    Last week was thunderous. Props.

Salty….hands down…and when it comes to wine the stink wins me over every time…but with snacks…it has to be salty

  • njchiantiDan

I have been told that Old School glass baby bottles are best to drink Mommy/Daddy wine out of.

    Very entertaining episode

    QOTD: Salty

  • QOTD: Salty, but like someone said below, I’m a big fan of both (together).

Please get over the guest complaints! I love the guests.

fun show!! Having a son in his 3rd year of law school, a son in his 2nd year of pre-med, and now a 14 month old little princess, I was definitely able to relate… and I’m a male hedge fund manager who’s crushing it with the bulls & bears on a daily basis and my wife’s job of a stay-out-home mom is way more challenging than anything WallStreet can dish out. Gonna buy some of that MommyJuice for my wife… she’ll get a kick out of it!!

QOTD: Recently enjoyed some oysters within minutes of being pulled from the Pacific off coast of Central America with a 2007 Hanzell Chardonnay that made for a fantastic sea-salt deliciousness.

QOTD: salty most of the time, but dark chocolate with pink salt ROCKS!
Love the Salty caramels as well.

  • Anonymous

    I love the guests!

  • QOTD. Salty, savory! Not a dessert person…

Goos ol Van Morrison, although never was to big of a fan. That is my favorite by them.

  • Anonymous

    No, that can’t be all.

Not bad shows, props to all the Moms out there, don?t know how you all do it. Was surprised the last wine came through, good thing gimmick wines can still be decent.

QOTD: At first I didn?t think this was much of a QOTD, but then I realized the scope of this question in general; multiple levels. Both of these important ingredients/flavors are older than wine itself. I am torn because my love of desserts cannot be matched by most. However, salt is a key ingredient in most foods I enjoy and has been traded (in some cases has been currency) for thousands of years. I am going to call this one a draw.

GV – I LOVE MY MOM!

    QOTD: Sticky and SWEET!

Van is in my personal top 5 favourite artists of all time, just so you know. 🙂

The others could be Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, John Martyn, maybe The Stones you know….. What a drag it is……. 😛

Sorry me again, Moondance is not Them, it’s early solo Morrison 1970 circa. First Astral Week, then the Moondance album. And so on……. i could go on and on….. 😛

  • Allan

  • Allan

    Sign of life, please…

  • Robby Mac

I dig some of the guests as well, Castello. But if a person’s statements lose credibility because they are inconsistent, or, as in this case, untrue, how can anything else said or done by that same individual have any merit??

  • LurkerKing

The lurkers are beginning to worry.

  • Dont worry Gang, I got sick 🙁 on Monday , had to go to boston ect… will be back soon

  • Hey wayno de wino where is da wine show?

  • RObby Mac I am so sorry but I am trying to say NO but some of these guests are things I want, i apologize

Funny show but …….. not interesting at all.
I love moms, dads, dogs, cats, etc, but I’m following WLTV for the WINE, WINE and WINE.

She’ll love it. Even if only for the label.

SOB! i completely agree! either do the show or dont…

  • Anonymous

obviously im kidding…do the show. im have having a bad week…ill be in the corner!

Your judgment failed you on this one, Gary. Why should anybody buy mediocre wine for their girlfriend/wife, just because somebody has made a funny label? My girl deserves better than this, and so does all the hard working housewifes of the world. I get the humorous part of this but the wine seems secondary to the bringing together of housewifes and/or mommies, which makes me wonder why the wine is there in the first place. I really appreciate the fact that WLTV shows reflects the diversity of the wine world, but in the end it all comes down to what’s in the bottle. In this case, the lack of quality in the wines makes the concept seem shallow to me. I’m sorry. Get well soon.

  • mom’s taking care of themselves and one another – thumbs up!
    gimmic wines – thumbs down!

Dads please buy the moms reasonably good wine, the kids probably give them enough of a headache already…

    QOTD:
That’s like asking which child I love most!
…although I do have a special place for umami.
    😉

  • Dude! Whip out the Flip Cam…we have not seen you on the fly in quite a while, and it would keep the natives from getting restless. Travel safe.

  • To quote AC/DC….Gary’s been…..THUNDERSTRUCK!

  • Anonymous

The wines and labels are shallow. That is not the point. This mom has got lots of mothers to appreciate wine and have fun with it.

  • mommy juice…..seriously?

hey been away for awhile, what happened to the HD version option for the videos?

GV, I saw that you were on Jared Pollins’ froknowsphoto.com blog, you should get that dude on the show man. He sniffs the equipment/gear that he reviews….kinda freaky….like mommy juice…..

Well at least my Jets ripped the faces off the not so evil empire anymore.
