Well done show again, Gary, albeit it exactly made a year ago. Too bad about the censorship.

QOTD – my life seems to be undergoing a slow transformation from the physical to the spiritual. While it is a beautiful world like you say, one must be prepared to look beyond organic consciousness, into seeing the world as a grand illustration of underlying spiritual principles, which are the true reality of life.

Seeing and hearing Richard Wagner’s Parsifal live in Seattle, including the Transformation scenes in Acts I and III, was unforgettable.

QOTD: Stumpted at the moment, so I’ll have to say wacthing my local sports teams fall apart. The Mainers are crap, the 2008 Seahawks are 0-2, and the Sonics are in another state. Sometimes its heart-wrenching being a sports fan. At least we have wine and friends/family!!! We really are lucky as you stated.

Stupid Mott bleeped GV – now I’ll never know what he said. This might be a future cult wine that I wished I had ordered on Futures, but I’ve just never done it before.

QOTD: The biggest transformation I’ve seen is Ron Paul going from fringe candidate to big name candidate in ONE day… after making 4.3 million dollars last Monday on the internet. Who would have guessed someone could have become so popular on the internet?

Gary, you usually don’t respond to notes on here but for me at 60 it is unlikely that I would ever enjoy the 2005 you describe as I would be 90-100 before these wines mature and would never taste them at their best so would it be even worth spending the money on 2005 Bordeaux at all?
The most transforming event I have seen was my youngest son becoming an adult.

Enjoyed the show. Nice advice at the end–we all need to realize how good we have it and how blessed we all are. You put it all in perspective–spot on GV.

Would love to join you on your show… I have added you days ago on FB… waiting for you to accept…

If I can not make it to the USA why not use the ticket and come do your show here in Piedmonte, Italy. In the hills of Barolo or better yet in the Barolo Castle….which is next door for me….

Great show… very entertaining and informative.

hey Gary! I’d love to take that spot beside you on the couch but only if you use the big ass glasses!!! as for QOTD: my friend, the personal trainer; from bird-like to goddess.

Rosso Di Montielcino. You have to agree, L. T. was the greatest line backer of all times. No?

    Great show GV
QOTD: My children are the most wonderful transformationin my life. From tiny adorable little babies into wonderful, adorable, intelligent teens,I’m so proud of both of them.

Great show Gary. Like so many others I loved your closing thoughts. A shame about having to go with the BLEEP button though. You would think a group of adults getting together to share our love of wine and life could handle a passionate word or two from the heart. I vote that you keep the real word(s) in next time if that is where you are in the moment. I trust you to not be gratuitous. Too bad that doing so would cause you so much grief from a vocal few.

QOTD: My little girl and how my life has changed around her.

    P.S. F11 button? Classic!

Hey Gary, lose the sweater and buy a white shirt so we can see the wine!
