PS Since I know you read all your comments, I’d like to give a shout out for Prof Mutkowski at Cornell, for continuing his “Wines” class for more than 20 years, and providing more than 33,000 CKCs with their first real foray into tasting and appreciating wine. Would be awesome if you could hook up with him, or the school, at some point, as I think it would be beneficial for all involved. At least give the man a shout out for teaching the class even when he’s away on sabbatical. Thats dedication.
