  • I really enjoy the Truchard also. They make a nice Pinot Noir too.

QOTD: Critter wines – which of the cheap aussies do you like best?

  • G man get the freezer going stat! this isn’t a high maintenance taste test – and you should definitely crack the bottle one day, try it – film it… then let’s go like a week in the freezer, bust it out, nuke it and lets do it.

    Gary,
I own a liquor store in Pulaski TN and have been watching your shows on iTunes for the past few months. I think they are great. They are very informative and my employees and I have greatly enjoyed watching and learning.
This comment has nothing to do with wine though. It has to do with your comments about Vinnie. I wanted to let you know my boys in orange, the Tennessee Volunteers, were the first to make him a loser. On Jan 1st 1986, the Vols sent him and “The U” packing back to Miami on the business end of a 35-7 loss.
Love your show and just thought you would like this little bit of trivia.

Another great episode. You seem to bring a ton of energy on Fridays. Must be that getting out for the weekend thing. Love the Jets rant, too. I feel the same way sometimes about players on my teams that jump. The 2005 Tait The Ball Buster sounds interesting to me. Im a fruit fan, so I cant see why I wouldnt like it. QOTD: IM A YEAR TOO LATE!! ARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!

Jut had the Pavie, and it was as you described it. I loved it, but the less experienced wine drinkers at my Bordeaux dinner party were not as enthusiastic. They preferred the 2005 Pavillion Blanc du Chateau Margaux (another awesome bottle). have you done a show on white Bordeaux?

  • John_Kenneth_J

qotd a Chateau-Chalon AOC theme would be awesome
